My health journey began when I was 16 years old. I was getting my period twice a month so the gynecologist diagnosed me with PCOS and immediately prescribed me birth control as a “fix." I didn’t question it considering all my friends were on it, so I assumed this was normal and safe.
She didn't sit me down to tell me about the endless side effects and there was certainly no mention of holistic lifestyle changes.
After being on the pill for 4 years and experiencing crazy mood changes, instability with my weight, and depression, I decided to do my own research and come off the pill.
What I found was a sea of confusion on the internet, so I took it a step further and became certified in hormone health coaching and nutritional therapy. After healing myself holistically and dozens of other women, I am so proud of my holistic health programs because they offer so much education that will set you up for a LIFETIME of success.
